"A very authentic Catalonian restaurant, the food was extremely high-quality and the service was great. If you don’t go right when they open for dinner I recommend getting a reservation because it does fill up very quickly. There’s a lot of authentic dishes that are uniquely Catalan. My personal favorite was the rabbit, it was extremely flavorful and definitely a unique experience"

"A beautiful and authentic Catalonian restaurant with delicious foods and one of the best sweet wines I have tried. Make sure to make a reservation, don’t dress in something nice because you’ll leave smelling like food, it can get hot inside so wear something light. The food is delicious and I would recommend going there in a group of friends so you can try everything but I personally would recommend the rabbit. The staff are alright but one or them is relatively unfriendly and made our experience not so pleasant.."

"Fantastic, little, off the beaten path, restaurant. The atmosphere was great and decorated with old casks, bottles that had candles in them for over 40 years, and other interesting and historical items. It was like going back in time. Upon entering, we were offered a taste of different wines from large wooden casks... sweet white, dry white, sweet red and dry red. We then sat at our table and ordered the rabbit with cloves of garlic and onions. Unbelievably delicious!!! My wife had grilled pork, which was also delicious. The service was great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to all who love traditional Spanish cuisine."

"We were looking for a place in Barcelona that felt truly local, an authentic Catalan restaurant where you feel as if you’ve stepped away from the tourist areas and this was it. When we arrived, we had to wait a little while for a table to open up. In the meantime, the owner immediately treated us to a small wine tasting, which was a lovely touch. Once seated, we ordered almost the entire menu to share among our group. Although a few dishes were a bit too exotic for my personal taste, the overall quality was excellent and the pricing very affordable. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend this place a 100%."

"This place was an old beer factory with the decoration from the time, which add quite a bit to the vibe of this restaurant. This restaurant is also in a very cute residential area. The food is very local, the comfortable type of food. the specialty, and everyone, I think, should try is the rabbit. It is divine! But the friend squid is just ok, i would even say a bit greasy. Overall it is a good experience."

"Authentic bodega, country style eating in Poble Sec. Great environment, you are allowed to try the house wines before your reservation in the front room. The dishes are simple and heavy, but well priced and good. The potatoes should be avoided, they are wet fries with cumin. The highlight is the huge bread with tomato, homemade and very tasty. The mushrooms are served cold with a balsamic vinaigrette, which is delightful. The meats from Vic are nothing special, normal cold cuts. Fried baby calamari are good and greasy. Beans and ensalada Murciana we're also good, nice surprises. Wines are incredibly cheap for a L and go down smooth. Best make reservations the day before, fills up and tables don't leave."

"This place was recommended to us by someone who lives in Canada! We found out that it is on the same street as our AirBnB. It was a 2 minute walk. The entrance is not very distinguishable for the rest of the building, albeit very large…you are entering an ex-winery, you will notice immediately since there are huge barrels of wine. You will be given a glass and the wine tasting ritual will start. You can taste their home made wine, 2 whites and two reds. The ceilings are high, the atmosphere medieval and very Spanish. I am not a great fan of a rabbit, BUT everyone around me recommended it, so I went then for the best rabbit of my life. We also ordered local sausage with beans. Desserts were also great accompanied with the dry red. All in all, an amazing experience improved with the great Ismail from Argentina as an amazing host!!! Muchas gracias!!!"
